Since being named to this position in April 2025, Wells has helped lead a newly formed Loan Production Office in Nashville for SouthState as the bank entered the Tennessee market.<\/p>\n He was previously with BB&T\/Truist Bank for 22 years where he was the Market President in Nashville since 2017.<\/p>\n Passionate about being engaged in the Nashville community, Wells currently serves as a board member of Cheekwood Estate and Gardens and the Antiques & Garden Show of Nashville benefiting Cheekwood and ECON Charities. As a volunteer she held positions on the Board of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, The Pasadena Showcase for the Arts, The Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation and was very committed to the Annenberg School of Journalism Board at USC, receiving several Alumni Awards from USC for her dedicated service and fundraising.
